At the same time, it also points out the obvious violation and foul of missed judgment in the first two rounds, including the contact with the wrist of the ball holder and the contact between the head and legs when cutting the ball.
In addition, the Commission has made clear the circumstances that must be pronounced and that minor contact should not be punished. The cases that must be pronounced include illegal use of hands to make profits, blocking during breakthrough, and serious fall to the ground. Minor contact should not be punished, including slipping when breaking through, physical contact after cap, and contact without affecting the dunk action.
Finally, the Commission stressed that the on-site referee must strictly use standard procedures to operate when starting instant playback to ensure the consistency of operations.
