Live broadcast, October 21, according to NBA official reports, Tony Brown, a referee who had previously suffered from pancreatic cancer, died today.
Tony Brown, 55, was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in last April and has been receiving treatment since then.
Brown has fined 1110 regular season games and 35 playoff games in 20 seasons, and served as the NBA finals referee for the first time in 2019-20 season. He was also one of the referees in the 2021atlanta All-Star game.
