Batum: We didn’t rule the country at that time and didn’t consider NBA’s current children running for election.

Live Bar, October 20 recently, French player Batum was interviewed by French media and talked about young players participating in the draft.

He said: “(draft) is more complicated for players outside the United States. The real difference (now and past) is that when we came to America to play, even though they doubted our ability, we had nothing to prove in France. We have been trying hard to prove ourselves, win credibility and respect, and we are ready for what is waiting for us.”

“When I was 18 years old, I was the head of a European league team, such as Parker, Dior, Petrus, Gobel and funier.”

“(At that time) if you didn’t play a dominant role in the (domestic) first-class league, you wouldn’t even dare to sign up for the draft. The current situation is that almost everyone writes their names.”

“I was selected by the Trail Blazers in 2008. In the first week in Portland, Monty Williams, the assistant professor at that time, told me, ‘it’s easy to be selected in NBA. But stay? It’s hard. Five years later, there will be a new Batum landing alliance, and hope to have a place here like you. ‘”
