获执教生涯首胜 从球迷角度聊聊绿军新帅马祖拉
早上凯尔特人和费城的球我是看了的，对于凯迷来说，是很爽的一场球，也是凯尔特人近几年为数不多的有重大事件还赢球的局。 时间已经过了一个下午，现在回想起来上午的场面，什么杰伦和杰森俩人合砍70分呀，什么布罗格登丝滑的长传球和传导呀，什么格里芬和冯莱的拼抢呀…咋说呢，都很爽，而且爽的同时还都带点熟悉——你看布朗运球又运掉啦，你看斯玛特又假摔滑了数十米远啦，你看斯玛特不光假摔还和恩比德打架啦，是吧？都是名场面，还有塔图姆上篮被切啊…诶？？塔图姆好像真的会上篮了啊？那蛮好的，值得庆幸，不过再看三场然后我们再下结论吧。 说起来早上的球，比起打球的大家，我更关心的是临时主帅乔-马祖拉的首秀。 熟悉我的朋友可能都知道，我在乌度卡那点破事冬窗事发前可是对其赞赏有加，别的不说，光是整顿好更衣室这点就够咱列出个七八条的，但是时间确实是个能让我们分清楚人和人之间的差距，所以即使是重返了总决赛，我现在对乌度卡的评价也不会说单单的说他哪里好了。 所以我对马祖拉的看法暂时也一样，哪里不好，哪里做的好，咱都要事实求是的说出来。 而且题外话，鉴于你凯之前的几任助理教练都是一些惹事的主，什么诈骗啊，什么受贿啊…所以当史蒂文斯指认马祖拉上任还信誓旦旦的说他就是“最合适的人选”的时候，我十分的怀疑。 当时我跟朋友说的原话是： “别的不说，除了是黑人，当过助理教练，以前打过架。我不知道马祖拉和乌度卡有什么区别。” 上个赛季，凯尔特人赛季首秀先输尼克斯再输猛龙，半程战绩胜率没过50%，但我对乌度卡一直报以赞赏，为什么？ 因为乌度卡把更衣室拿捏的很不错，而且他确实只用了半年时间，就搭建好了自己的防守体系，让球队回到了第一梯队的行列。 这确实是史蒂文斯都没做到的事情（当然有些事情也赖安吉找的人不对味），甚至你看隔壁国王队，05年之后再也没搭建好自己的体系，对比起来，确实是个可以夸的点。 在季前赛的时候，我觉得应该可以从一些镜头里找到两位黑人教头的区别，但很可惜的是。 当时我真的没看出来——球队的防守确实在，但进攻还是那个样子。输给猛龙的最后一场球甚至让我想起来了当年“水华”兄弟们在斯台普斯垃圾时间里又把主力打回到场上的“辉煌”表演。 这其实也很好理解，毕竟乌度卡打造的体系闯进了总决赛，这是球队的基本盘，如果我是马祖拉我也会比葫芦画瓢，给你玩几个像模像样的回合来确实正常（只不过球员不一定听我的罢了）。 但是今早的比赛，正式的比赛，我还是看到了马祖拉一些和乌度卡不一样的地方——比如他可以把一个口糖一嚼嚼一整场，而乌头估计早就吐了。 开个玩笑。 马祖拉今天很好的解决了球队在没有罗伯特-威廉姆斯这一护框点的情况下，球队要如何限制了恩比德的发挥的问题——提一嘴，我不知道你们有没有印象，乌度卡在第一次面对费城时候，用了多少人也没把恩比德从篮筐附近推出去，而当时，罗威可还是健康的状态，直到后来，凯尔特人才研究出了一套“霍福德单点+最近协防人扑下球”的套路。 对比起来，马祖拉的改变就很明显了。 首先，马祖拉并没有和之前一样用最近的后卫去配合主防恩比德的球员，他的选择是用前锋来协防。 如上图：布罗格登回收 但补防的是远处的塔图姆 这是一个很大胆的改变。近端的后卫回缩是为了卡住锋线球员的空切点和传球路线，而让远端的锋线球员去补防下球的恩比德，是因为锋线球员有足够的横移速度和身高臂展，可以对恩比德进行有效的出球延误。 况且，塔图姆和恩比德常年一起训练，他相当的熟悉恩比德低位那些要位和转身的套路。 如上图：恩比德行进间要位被塔图姆识破 当然了，恩比德也是个会调整的球员，他不会一直选择在人堆里做动作，所以马祖拉还是做了一些应对措施的。 如下图：错位防守防恩比德下球 恩比德是一个很吃节奏的技术性内线，所以当他在观察对位球员的位置后用面框进攻时，就算威胁还是很大的，恩比德绝对还是会下球的。 所以马祖拉的布置很明确——面框给一步，恩比德下球时上抢，然后内线球员去补防。 一来后卫球员重心更低，抢低球更有优势，其次扰乱恩比德节奏，给自己球队的补防球员护框的时间。 当然了。…
