Former King player Metta World Peace came to spectators today. Tarzan posted some photos on Twitter and wrote: “Thank you for the king’s invitation. It is always an honor to return to this city that helped me fall in love with basketball again. I once played for two great team owners here and Sacramento. Today, I watched the team’s first game of the season. I feel very lucky to play in NBA.”
In the 04-05 season, Metta World Peace of the Pacers were banned from 73 games due to the fight in the Auburn mountain palace. Tarzan of the 05-06 season still played for Pacers, but in that season he was sent to the King after playing only 16 games for Pacers. Later, he played for the King for two seasons (06-07 & 07-08).
