由于篇幅过长且部分内容与主线关系小，西部前瞻付费文章，有一些内容在后期校对时去除了。这部分内容不多，单独成篇不合适，于是整理后放在这了。 摆烂的关键在于，球队的势头与摆烂目标是否相符。这方面，爵士和马刺相对让人放心。爵士是新晋摆烂队，马刺墨迹了几年终于人间清醒，他们都缺少顶级天赋持球核心去培养，有踏踏实实摆一年攒天赋的需求。要是输得不够，就纯粹是演技问题。 从需求上讲，雷霆切特受伤，这一季有顺势继续摆的理由。火箭2024年的首轮签，从第5顺位开始在雷霆手里，要保住这个签，23-24赛季就得复制20-21赛季的无底限输球模式，对年轻人众多，处于上升期的火箭来说，这基本不可能。晚摆不如早摆，这一季就把天赋积累彻底完成，2023年夏天开始正式追求赢球，应该是最佳选择。但雷霆和火箭都有培养中的核心，还有大票各色各样的年轻胚子，让年轻人故意不好好打是不可能的事情，他们没有摆烂的主动性。如果年轻球员大面积飞速进步，只能顺势而为，这时候能赢球，故意输不合适。他们可以称为被动文班组。 最纠结的是国王。国王的计划是赢球，送走哈利伯顿，拿到萨博尼斯，这一步棋走下去，说明在国王心中，即使只是完成一个上限不高的小目标——比如，时隔17年重返季后赛，然后首轮被吊打——他们也心满意足。球队常年来被打上了深刻的输球文化烙印，一飞冲天看不到指望，即使可以暂时换换精神面貌，那也算向前挪动了一小步。 国王的纸面阵容实力跟季后赛还有差距，他们的核心问题跟我在两年前的国王前瞻里提到的没有变化——顶层球星级别不够，头两号球星小萨博尼斯和福克斯，跟西部附加赛级别以上球队的核心相比有差距（水花、保罗&布克、詹姆斯&浓眉、卡椒、戈贝尔&唐斯、约基奇&穆雷、东契奇&全空间、利拉德&格兰特、胖虎&莺歌、莫兰特&杰克逊）。但如果国王铁了心冲季后赛，还是有两个利好消息： 第一，附加赛和摆烂组的存在，让冲击季后赛的门槛并不高。西部决心冲季后赛的球队只有11支，很难保证每支都不出意外，只要能压住1支，国王就铁定能打附加赛； 第二，国王拿到了即战力很强的新秀。今年的首轮4号秀基根-穆雷被认为是最佳新秀的大热门人选，能在锋线上提供一定帮助。国王阵容中后段可用人手数量和质量尚可，胡尔特、霍尔姆斯、蒙克、特伦斯-戴维斯、莱恩、莱尔斯、贝兹莫尔、梅图、小米切尔，这些人出现在一支附加赛球队替补席的讨论话题中，并不会觉得违和。国王就像是一支正常季后赛球队去了头部，堪称逆向湖人，如果萨博尼斯和福克斯只是这支球队三、四号球星，他们的局面会大不相同。 从季前赛展示的进步看，也许迈克-布朗跟比卢普斯的差别，会成为附加赛区竞争的有趣变量。国王有不小希望打附加赛，但烂了16年的国王，在一个争状元的热潮赛季里玩命冲成绩，画风多少有点奇怪。长远来看，国王是否拥有未来10年的建队基石也是问号，即使拿到最好的剧本，复制鹈鹕交出一个有尊严的赛季，他们的潜力跟隔壁也不能相提并论。从需求上讲，国王本应该是西部第三该冲文班的球队，为了不高的上限搏一把，也是挺无奈的选择。
